THE PRODUCT/S AND DESIGN/S (MESH BOARD™) ARE ON BEHALF OF CRESCENT DREAMS™ AS A PART OF THE PROTOTYPE TEST. NO PARTS OF THE DRAWINGS OF THE MESH BOARD (OR ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE DOMAIN) MAY BE COPIED, USED THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED MANNER, DISTRIBUTED, STOLEN AS A PART, OR AS A WHOLE.

STRICT PENALTIES WILL BE RESULTED FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES WHO DECIDES TO REPLICATE, COPY, AND MISUSE THE PRODUCT, WEBSITE MATERIALS, CODES, PHOTOGRAPH(S), PROTOTYPES, IDEAS, GRAPHIC DESIGN, PRODUCT DESIGNS, SLOGANS, COMPANY NAME, AND THE PRODUCT NAME.
YOU SHALL NOT MODIFY, USE ANY SCRAPING, ROBOTS, DATA-GATHERING AND EXTRACTING SOFTWARE(S) OR CODE(S) TO REVERSE ENGINEER, DISRUPT THE COMMAND SOURCE(S), DATA-MINING, UPLOAD UNAUTHORIZED ARTWORK(S) / DESIGN(S) / PHOTOGRAPH(S) / ADVERTISEMENT(S), AND ANY OTHER HARMFUL / INCONSIDERATE ACTIVITIES THAT MAY RESULT IN THE NEGATIVE IMPACT OVER OUR SERVICES, THE COMMUNITIES OR THE COUNTRY’S IMAGE / NAME.

The MESH Board™ and Crescent Dreams™ is not (and will not be held) responsible for actions regarding this particular given matter: on the topic of "disrupting the MESH Board™ Services and not Following the Terms of Usage laid out in this particular viewing".

II. Terms of Service

THE PRODUCTS AND DESIGNS (MESH BOARD™) ARE ON BEHALF OF CRESCENT DREAMS™ AS A PART OF THE PROTOTYPE TEST. NO PARTS OF THE DRAWINGS OF THE MESH BOARD (OR ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE DOMAIN) MAY BE COPIED, USED THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED MANNER, DISTRIBUTED, STOLEN AS A PART, OR AS A WHOLE.

You SHALL agree to our Terms & Conditions before you decide to submit any of your artwork(s) / design(s) / photograph(s) / business advertisement(s) / promotional material(s) / promotional video(s) / promotional image(s) to the MESH Board™. This applies to the "ART & LOCAL COMMUNITY" sector, and the "BUSINESSES & ADVERTISING" sector. If you do not wish to abide by any of our Terms of Usage laid out in this viewing, you may not use the service. And, if at any point you wish to not abide by any of our updated Terms of Usage, you are to discontinue the usage of our service. Any act of not complying with our Terms of Usage laid out in this viewing will result in your artwork(s) / design(s) / photograph(s) / business advertisement(s) / promotional material(s) / promotional video(s) / promotional image(s) in an immediate removal from the MESH Board™, and our system, without a possibility of a refund (applicable in some cases).



The following Terms of Service are categorized into two sectors: the "ART & LOCAL COMMUNITY" sector, and the "BUSINESSES & ADVERTISING". Please carefully read them, as they are in full effect whenever you decide to send us your visual(s) to be broadcasted on our MESH Board™.

ART & LOCAL COMMUNITY

  1. You SHALL NOT use any sort of Logos, Trademarks, Trade Name, Trade Secrets, Intellectual Properties, and Registered Trademarks.
  2. You MAY use the graphics of a landmark / public place / school or college for the means of art, but you will agree to not use it for monetary / promotional purposes, and it has to be approved by us before it goes on the MESH Board™ for public viewing.
  3. Regarding the photography, make sure that you have a consent to have their picture taken either of their facial / body / craft / properties. The MESH Board™ and Crescent Dreams™ is not (and will not be held) responsible for any futher (legal) actions regarding the topic of "consent".
  4. Since, this is a Board that is to be placed in the community, for public, and all age groups (including children) to view, YOU SHALL NOT REFERENCE ANY MATERIAL(S) IMPLEMENTING SEXUAL & NUDITY, DRUG, TOBACCO & ALCOHOL USAGE, RACISM, HATE TERM(S), MESSAGE(S) & OFFENSIVE MESSAGE(S) TARGETED TOWARDS A SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL OR A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS, EXPLICIT & NON-APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE(S) / WORD(S) / SLANG(S), AND INDECENT & OBJECTIONABLE MATERIALS. ANY ACT OF SUCH DOING WILL RESULT IN YOUR ART / DESIGN / PHOTOGRAPHY IN AN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE MESH BOARD™, AND FROM OUR SYSTEM.
  5. You SHALL NOT use any artwork / design / photography that is not your own. You SHALL NOT use your family’s / friend’s / colleague’s art, even if they give you an explicit permission to do so. THE ARTWORK / DESIGN / PHOTOGRAPHY HAS TO BE YOUR OWN WORK. The MESH Board™ and Crescent Dreams™ is not (and will not be held) responsible for any futher (legal) actions, if you choose NOT to provide us with your own artwork(s) / visual(s), and if the person / businesses decides to press any legal action.
  6. Businesses & Advertisements CAN NOT, in any manner or form use this sector for the deployment of their art / information. Moreover, Businesses & Advertisements are PROHIBITED from using this free service targeted towards the encouragement of displaying the artwork / design / photography from the local community.

BUSINESSES & ADVERTISING

  1. You, and your business CAN use any sort of Logos, Trademarks, Trade Name, Trade Secrets, Intellectual Properties, Registered Trademarks, as long as it belongs to you, or your company / you own the copyright to the graphic(s) and writing(s) / you have a written permission from the company to use their graphic(s) and writing(s) / you designed the graphic(s) and writing(s) yourself.
  2. Since, this is a Board that is to be placed in the community, for public, and all age groups (including children) to view, YOU (OR YOUR COMPANY) SHALL NOT REFERENCE ANY MATERIAL(S) IMPLEMENTING SEXUAL & NUDITY, DRUG, TOBACCO & ALCOHOL USAGE, RACISM, HATE TERM(S), MESSAGE(S) & OFFENSIVE MESSAGE(S) TARGETED TOWARDS A SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL OR A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS, EXPLICIT & NON-APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE(S) / WORD(S) / SLANG(S), AND INDECENT & OBJECTIONABLE MATERIALS. ANY ACT OF SUCH DOING WILL RESULT IN YOUR (AND YOUR COMPANY’(S) WRITING / ART / DESIGN / PHOTOGRAPHY IN AN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE MESH BOARD™, AND OUR SYSTEM AND BE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SYSTEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE, WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF A REFUND.
  3. YOU SHALL NOT SELL YOUR ADVERTISEMENT TO ANY THIRD PARTY AT ALL COST, AND YOU SHALL NOT PROFIT FROM THE ADVERTISEMENT OF OTHERS. The MESH Board™ and Crescent Dreams™ is not (and will not be held) responsible for actions regarding the particular matter of "Selling Your Advertisement".
  4. The Terms & Conditions in this number only applies to the NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS who are / will be submitting your artwork(s) / advertisement(s) to our MESH Board™. You may not have to bear the monetary price if you write us a formal letter regarding your advertisements. Because, we do understand the role/s the non-profit organization(s) plays in this society, and it is truly impacting the community, we will treat any non-profit organization as more of a community than a business, therefore the cost may be subsided. We do require a formal letter from your non-profit organization explaining the motivation behind the agenda for us to subside the cost variable, along with the material/s (visual/s) you will be submitting. Only then will the monetary requirement will be subsided.

    5. HINTS & TIPS

    1. Since the MESH Board™ is a tool targeted towards enhancing the talent(s) of the people from the specific community, make the artwork(s) / design(s) / photograph(s) / advertisement(s) more appealing towards the individual community, in which the MESH Board™ is located.
    2. Make it colorful! Make it so that it stands out when you are walking down the streets. Make sure it also does stands out from the other people's and businesses's artwork(s) / design(s) / photograph(s)! Also, remember to not involve clutter.
    3. Consider a focal-point, so that the viewer knows exactly where to direct their eyes (attention) right away. In this day and age of advertisements and commercial overflow, clean and simple design that is direct and does not involve clutter is a must. A few other things to consider are: a visual hierarchy, mood(s) / emotion(s), and different symmetry about your art piece when designing, and cropping your designs to the actual MESH Board™ ratio (since they do vary).
    4. Taking the time in studying the environment in which the MESH Board will be situated, in-person, and creating a mock-up design(s), is always a great idea, and a must! It will strongly enhance your agenda, only then should you proceed to design your artwork(s) / photograph(s) / design(s) / advertisement(s).
    5. Do multiple test design(s) / mock-up(s) and share them with your trusted close friend(s) / colleague(s), and utilize their honest feedback(s) to enhance your final design(s). It is always a great idea to have a second pair or eyes / a third party rate your design(s) / mock-up(s). This way, you will find many hidden flaw(s) / improvement(s) that you (or your team) might not have figured / noticed it.
    6. FINALLY, THIS IS A BIG ONE, HAVE FUN! ENJOY YOURSELVES! BE CREATIVE; AND REMEMBER TO ALWAYS "DREAM.DESIGN.CREATE.™"!
